Cake 2 - Bridge night


Last night I tried a butter cake with a meringue frosting. It was delicious but the black food colouring seemed to react poorly with the frosting and the 'spade' started to bleed (I should have done a heart?). Why a spade? Well it was Bridge night, of course, or Shithead night as it turned into. At least it taste great! I am improving.
